Dongammun Gate

The Dongammun Gate was a secret passageway situated between the Gakgeondae and the Dongjangdae, utilized for inconspicuously moving soldiers and equipment.

The Dongammun Gate is situated deep within the Fortress in a secluded area, as most secret gates are. The Hongye, rainbow arch, inside the gate has been narrowed by bricks, so that only one horse could barely pass. There are bricks above the gate, and it does not have a roof.
