Night market with a variety of cultures and tastes
The night market at Seomun Market is the largest in the country, and can be easily reached by getting off at the Seomun Market Station on Daegu Subway Line #3. The market is open up to midnight and the visitors can enjoy Daegu’s one of kind dishes such as napjak-mandu (flat Korean dumplings), makchang (grilled beef entrails), and matefaim (tasty bread). There are other international menus such as Vietnamese noodles, spring rolls, and lumpia, which are also available for the visitors to enjoy as they tour around the market.
On top of that, there are numerous places where the visitors can enjoy Korean traditional games and watch entertaining shows on the stage while eating their snacks. With many regular stores open until late, the tourists can enjoy late shopping at night.
There are many shops that sell handmade accessories and idea items, and with small-scale credit card transactions available, visitors can conveniently pick up their ‘it’ items.
