Preamble of the Eulsa Illegal treaty

Japan forced the Great Han Empire to sign the treaty in order to deprive the country of its diplomatic rights. Generally speaking, treaty should be submitted to the process of entrusting, signing, and ratification. However, this one failed to go through any such procedures. This document even lacks the term “treaty.”
