This is a reconstruction of Yun Bong-gil’s heroic deed in Hongkou Park, Shanghai. On April 29, 1932, a crowd of people are gathered in the park. The Japanese flag is fluttering in wind. A man stealthily enters the park amid the exalted atmosphere during the commemoration of the Japanese Emperor’s birthday and Japan’s victory in the Shanghai Incident. Seconds later, he threw a bomb at the Japanese military leaders seated on the platform.
