You have just entered Hall No. 6 “Establishing the Great Korea.” This hall displays materials relating to anti-Japanese movement of the Korean people and movements for the preservation of national culture during the Japanese colonial period, and the establishment of the Korean Provisional Government that played a pivotal role in the independence movement. Here in this hall, you can see how Korean from various walks of life took part in the independence movement, tried to protect the spirit inherited from their ancestors, and finally established a new republic.
